Great filters, I'm addicted
I’ve been using 3M's 2000 MERV air conditioner filters for the past 4 years, and they make a huge difference in my home, especially with two cats and frequent smoky cooking. These filters do an excellent job of cleaning the air, effectively trapping pet dander, dust, and smoke, leaving the air much fresher. I replace them every 3 months, and while the price is a bit high, they’re absolutely worth it for the improved air quality. I can really tell the difference when I use them! Recommend if you need clean air!

These filters do cost a bit more but in my experience, if you change them within 2-4 months (filter condition pending) they do pretty well. I just got a new hvac system and compared to the generic filter they placed and these were a noticeable difference within a day. I tried the generic for a week before switching and it does filter dust, allergens, smells and keeps the air in good quality.Size is standard. My system is a little odd but it fits snug for my bryant AC.

Well worth it in this time of cold season
Have a new heat pump system and always used 3m filters and have had great success with them so with new furnace moved up to their top filter and you can tell from mid grade filter from 3m to this has been big difference do to having dog and furry bunny in home that shed like crazy. It does it job and can tell from replace filter.

Overall, the best filter for our needs
We were using the highest rated Filtrete filter, and it was even Bluetooth connected, as we have allergies. But the higher the filter rating, the more resistance there is to air going through the filter. That was a MERV 14, and I learned it could actually damage our system. I still think these do plenty of filtering, with less chance of damage to our furnace. Given that, this was also an excellent price for the number and quality of the filters.
