The band can be adjusted further to offer more resistance as you get stronger". No way. I step in the loop and it goes to the ground without putting body weight on it, just leg weight. I'm 6'0 215. I wish there was a product like this that actually provided resistance of 150lbs. This is not it, you will be disappointed if you need 150 lbs of help for a pull up.

The bonds needs to be stronger to help me with my pullups I was only able to do 2 pullups.

The description on this product says that it will offset 150 pounds. I use a machine at the gym that offsets 70 pounds of my body weight and it works better than this thing. Maybe they need to be a little more clear on the correct poundage offset there is.

I didn't lose my balls in the training, that's good. Is strong and really helps.

First, these don't provide much help. At the tighest setting it MIGHT allow me to double my unassisted number. Also it has to twist when you're using it if attached to a regular pull up bar. Seems pretty well made, but for the price I'm not impressed.

Work great for the wife . Excellent help to improve strength.
