Haven't mastered them yet......
I love the thought but still am yet to master..... I can not get these covers to stay on apples or avocados. It appears that the fruits are to "wet" even when left on counter for a couple hours (or more as I wanted to see how long if ever and even after leaving over night they still slipped off) to air dry or patted and wiped down with paper towels. They look fine then you open the fridge door and these little caps have slipped off and you find them randomly around things in the fridge. They do work on my small glass Pyrex containers (plastic lids are starting to crack from so many years of use) and small ECOlunchbox stainless steal containers. I have another brand that has the side tabs and seem to be easier for my daughter to take on/off during her school lunch. With these she always has to ask for help. These are thicker than my other brands and even the silicon kid drinking cups which is nice as I'm not afraid to stretch or pull on them. No rips yet but if they don't work then what the heck who cares how thick they are!!

Nice seal, very stretchy
Clever little gadgets. Very useful, but there is a learning curve on using them. Flipping them inside out around my fingers, then grabbing the rim or edge of the item, through the seally , and then flipping it around the item seems to be the trick. I would buy a few more packages, but the price is really too much for what you get. They are better than the clear stretchy ones though, as the sides are longer and they don't seem to work themselves off over time. I bought them for packing that should come with a resealable lid, but doesn't, that I use all the time, so I am happy with my purchase. I believe that this is the sort of thing that I would use a lot of, if they were reasonably priced.

These truly work great for cans and other hard objects
These truly work great for cans and other hard objects, but the tension is far too strong for peaches, pears, avocados, and oranges...basically anything soft. This was disappointing since the picture shows it used for avocados, but it squished the one I tried it on to a pulp :(

Stick with Saran Wrap
Not what I was hoping for😕 My plan was to save avacado halves, but this product was not willing to stay on. It was a stretch and slip game. I haven't tried to slip it over glasses or jars, but typically I save the lid for those things.

I am glad to have them
I purchased these for fruits and veggies. They work if the food is firm and completely dry. I am glad to have them, but they are difficult to use and to get them "stick." Perhaps a thinner material would be easier to expand.

They do not work on veggies so far. The are too big for cucumbers and smashed an avocado before slipping off. The only thing I have found them useful for is to put on the end of a wrap so your hands stay clean. They are not worthless in general but I bought them in hopes of storing cut vegetables and for that purpose I have not found any use.

Good luck using it on a half avocado (as seen on pic). Otherwise fairly useful I guess on opened yogurt pots etc, but nothing some tin foil can't do!

The work well on cans. Tried it on an avocado, ha! I made guacamole with it by the time I was done trying to fit it in the avocado...
