Works properly
Been using 3 of these for 4 years... working perfect in my bus conversion...have not been turned of in 4 years though I am putting high current relays in as they do draw a bit of power even when idle so they will only turn on when the ignition is powered up

Don't buy from them
Junk! Ordered it, installed it, worked for half an hour then shorted out and when I returned it, they charged me a restock fee. I hope they didn't put this back into stock. The new 1 I bought elsewhere works great don't buy from them

Zero supporting documentation
No instructions, specifications, application limits, warnings or wiring diagrams. Just the converter and a loose jumper clip thrown in the box. Typical product from China.

Very easy to set up. Well labeled. Works great, haven't had any issues.

Not Good For Ham Radio
Bought two of these to convert my 24VDC Solar Battery Bank to 13.8VDC for my Ham Radio Station. Stable power but numerous heavy noise bands on 40m, 17m, 10m. One noise band on 80m. Not really good for a Ham Radio Station.

Not working
I usually plug any new electronic device into the electricity hours before I connected to another deviceSo I connect the device to 24v Battery and check the voltage output is 13.3v and keep few hours and check the device is heating normal but no output power
