Needed something so that I could work out while not at Gym. Compact size, easily fits in a backpack or handbag and is extremely lightweight. Feels well made and have already had comments at work about where to get one from.

I bought this item to use alongside my other exercise equipment.Honestly speaking, I never expected it to be as tough as they say. While using it, I could already feel my muscles burning under the strain; but my shoulders have broadened up better than ever.It's a fantastic piece of kit. It's lightweight, and easy to carry around.Overall, I am very impressed

The protective sleeve around the straps is a good idea, although if the sleeve could be opened this would ease the removal or adding straps rather than trying to feed through the protective sleeve. Connecting and disconnecting the straps from the handles is easy. The handles are OK, but better grips would be a benefit.

The handles make this much better than normal resistance bands for an upper body workout ....it feels much better and you really feel your muscles working. Totally different to kettle bell/ hand weights workouts .My Son does CrossFit and walks around the house exercising with it so it's a big hit with him too ! It came with 6 exercises to try but the 5 bands together are super tough resistance so I'm working at 1 or 2 bands at the moment....we really like the fact you can change your resistance levels to suit and it's quick and simple to do that ! Also went on YouTube for extra workout ideas with the chest expander. Great addition to our workout equipment !

super fast delivery. This is the modern take on the chest expander. Gone are days of the springs that ripped out chest hair and pinched skin. This new deign uses resistance bands which you can add or remove depending on the level of resistance you want.The product itself is very well made and extremely comfortable to use. It also folds up very small for storage so is a winner on all fronts in my opinion.

This product is easy to adjust. I take it to the gym daily, and do five sets behind the neck and five sets in front. Makes for a great stretch routine right at the end of a workout. Today I tried it at the start of my workout, and it knocked the stuffing out of me. The ease of use makes it a great piece of equipment, with sufficient resistance to last a while. Will definitely consider a tougher resistance expander in future. What a great strength builder!

Although the user can add/remove bands to strengthen/lesson the tension, I think this product is only suitable for people (generally adults) with moderate/high strength.The product's material and construction make it easy to use and the straps fold in on themselves easily so it can be stored in an area about one third of its total length. My friend is very pleased with this product.
