I was very pleased that these liners actually stay stuck for the duration instead of pulling away from your undie material the second you visit the restroom. I would say that these are of a medium thickness for liners...definitely thicker than the Always Radiant liners than are as thin as copy paper. These are about the thickness of a double-folded napkin. I find that the absorption is great for off-period days and that they are more than sufficient for tampon back-up any day of your period and a good standalone for your lightest day. These are also a great bargain here at desertcart compared to what you can pay for them at some stores.

I use these because I have stress incontinence and although I don't need them every day, I do use them everyday just in case. They are totally better than a lite days panty liner and I recommend them to all my older friends (lol).
