I might waste the silicone band by cutting it off and figure out a way to attach a metal expansion one at a later date.I'm sorry to say that I have no idea about the water resistant part. It isn't *extremely* easy to read but the numbers are big enough, and I personally wouldn't gift it because it's not modifiable(as per the *Rate Features*).Overall, however, I still like it and wear it everyday. ### ⭐ Save your money and don't buy this watch *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2019* I bought this watch for nursing school clinicals. Thankfully it was so cheap, because I can't use it. It does not keep time. When I first received this, I set it but it would not work. I tried winding it, but nothing happened, until a few hours later, when it decided to work. Great, now I can use the watch, right? Nope! Every 30 seconds or so, the second hand kind of beats in place for about 5 seconds. The whole reason I need the watch is for the second hand! Obviously I can't use this watch. The band also seems like it will rip very easily.
