Thread quality is very good.
I used this adapter to go from a 2" well pipe to a 1.25" well pump inlet. The threads were in good condition when it arrived and threaded to pipes easily. It arrived within the window of delivery dates given by vendor.

fitting was good quality
fitting together some bits of legacy iron pipe for a repair, you just know something is not going to match the mating coupling - but now, with this coupling, it does - takes more time to order than to install

For water recirculation pump
This was a hard part to find..couldn't even find it at the large box building stores..my go to place to find unusual items such at this adapter has been Amazon..poof there it was..it was needed for the installation of my water recirculating pump..this was to connect the pump to the water line so there will be hot water on almost demand..it was a specialty part and cost a few pennies more but that's okay because now my project can be completed..so very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect replacement for GPI Fuel pump mount.
The GPI fuel pump bung mount breaks easy. This is all you need and its a direct replacement. You just need to get another gasket or make one. I have made them before if you have a gasket cutter its pretty easy. I have also just used RTV or gasket maker and have had no problems sealing the tank up.
