THESE ARE FAKE
These are fake and I knew it the second I opened the box. 1st of all it didn't come in a timberland box. 2 there's plastic on the lace tip, timberland doesn't do that. 3 these are as orange as a traffic cone come on man. 4 there's white streaks all over the sole. 5 the timberland logo on the bottom is crooked. There's more but I'm sick of typing. Pass on this people

These aren't Timberlands.
These aren't Timberlands. The only Timberland logos, except on the sole, are cheap metal, glued or laced on. Quality is far below Timberlands standards.

Great Boots!
I received 100% real Timberlands. I did notice that they are made a little bit differently than they used to be. The inside where the heel goes, there is no longer a stitched seam. It's all one piece leather. Its actually better this way, the stitches used to wear out on the old design and rip. There is also now a Timberland logo imprinted on the insole cushion. Maybe I'm late to the party, but I'm just comparing to another pair I have here from 2010. But anyway, I'm very pleased with the boots. I got them from the seller "Brand Name Beat" if that matters to anyone. Amazon fulfilled the order for them. But I read some people not happy about their boots or feeling they were not real or something, I think it's all if the seller is trustworthy or not. That's why I included the seller in this review since all the product reviews here are a mash up from a bunch of different sales from different sellers. One seller that sells a fake boot doesn't mean that the product should get a bad review on here. Just give the seller a bad review.Like always with Timberland boots, I wear a size 9 in Nikes so I had to go to 8.5 for these boots. They have always ran half a size smaller than normal for some reason. Hopefully these boots are made to the same quality as my older Timberlands. They are still holding up all these years later, just dirty nowadays. I just got this new pair so only time will tell how long they last. I've read other reviews talk about the sole coming off, etc. I don't think the sole will come off unless you really go to town with the boots. For a fashion wearing standpoint, you probably won't ever tear the sole up. You'll get the leather dirty long before you actually destroy the boot. For those that intend to use these boots for work... I would suggest something else. I actually use the Sketchers Cascade Logger boots for work. I do a lot of tunnel walking and they have held up great and cost half the price. Timberlands are great! Don't get me wrong, hell I just bought a pair. But, I only plan to wear them as a fashion kinda thing. Not work.

Poor buying experience for my first pair of Timberlands
These are handsome boots but stiff as frickin boards. What’s with the short laces? At least I know I got an authentic pair. I am returning them because I bought a 10 (and wear a 10 in every other shoe or boot I own) and these could have easily passed for 11W. The tongue is only leather and does not lie nicely on my shin (the wrinkled thick leather is pretty uncomfortable) so I’ll have to wear them loosely. These are not insulated at all. Leather and a liner. Meh.Let’s see: uncomfortable, cut (or labeled) incorrectly, ridiculously long break in period... did I miss anything? OH YA! The brillant reseller packaged them carelessly in a USPS POLY BAG. I mean, seriously??Right now I am pretty disappointed. And the price dropped $50?? I’ll review again when I get my size 9 pair.

NOT LEATHER, NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!These were advertised as "leather" and they feel like rubber. If you scratch them, they make a sound like scratching on a rubbery surface. 100% not leather! Also, the toe part of the shoe is completely discolored and faded white. They were listed as navy. No mention of a completely discolored toe. They actually look and feel like cheap clown shoes. Do yourself a favor and avoid!!!

Timberland wins again!!!
So i have been wearing and owning Timberlands for over 20 years back when they only made black and wheat colours... Ive used them for work and play and have nevee had any complaints... I have been on hardcore construction job sites where people claimed other name brand boots were better... after years of using a pair for working in construction they finally are starting to wear out... they are still usable but have gone threw so much abuse i decided to get a new pair... but stupidly before just buying the same timberland boots I figured I wouod try other brands that were under $160 and less... every pair including the timberland PRO series hurt my toes and didn't provide the ankle support i needed... I tried Timberland Pro, nike boots, sketchers work boots, adidas tactical boots and a few others... all a fail... finally i said why do i even bother... Timberland all the way in this style and I lucked out since they dont do half sizes in most stores and the colour I purchased was on sale... I will never buy another boot brand again...

Heavy and somewhat large
Review after 2 months use. Upper is made by smooth leather (corrected grain leather). Shoe laces seems to be quite cheap and low quality. Black nubuck or full grain leather upper should have a better outlook than this pair. Easy to slip on. Be careful of the fit among different colors (I saw Macy’s offered some Macy’s exclusive Timberland Premium boot with different color and more snug fit). Should check fit guide in Timberlands website.

100% Fake don’t not waste your time or money!
Do not buy these boots they are 100% fake they have come in a damaged old box. The boots themselves are covered in scuffs and one has strange stains all over one of the tongues. If you have ever owned timberlands before one look at these boots will tell you just how fake they are. Also came .5 of a size bigger than I ordered.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE BOOTS 🤬🤬🤬

Awful faulty boots- need to return ASAP....
I’ve been wearing these Timberland exact same boots all my life... got size 9.5 not 9.... I walked for 20 mins to work today ( first time wearing) and they’ve cut in with the faulty leather interior into my foot so deep I might need to go to hospital to get stictches in my foot...... I’m in total agony, never had shoes /boots like this..... I’m returning them ASAP.... don’t ruin your feet and buy this boot.... I’ve never been in so much pain....

Genuine boots at a bargain!!! True fit.
I'm writing this to correct some of the misconceptions I had because of reviews here on Amazon and almost did not buy online. First thing these boots are genuine. The overall quality of Timberland boots has gone down to some extent but there is no difference between these or the ones in any Timberland store (in UK).The size only requires a bit of common sense. Amazon correctly asks for the UK size (if you log in via amazon.co.uk), and this is clearly printed on the box near the barcode, along with European and other sizes (see picture). In addition the box has the American size in large font which may confuse some people but is certainly not worth mentioning as a negative point. The fit is true to wear size; if you are 9 for normal shoes then buy 9. The best way I can explain is that even if a size 8.5 just fits you, and you have been able to occasionally wear an 8.5 (for e.g. from Clarks) but you normally wear 9 as that is a better fit then go for 9. I say this because the toe box is a bit on the right side and if you buy 8.5 thinking you will break it in it might be very uncomfortable. Plus these are meant to be worn with sports/ winter type socks. But definitely do not go a size above. Stick to your everyday wear size otherwise once you break it in it would feel loose. It can take a good couple of days to soften the front, the tongue and shaft area but Timberlands are still one of the most comfortable in 6inch boots.About the quality the leather feels a bit thin and the shoe laces are stiff. The overall workmanship has also suffered which one can spot around the seam lines and soles. I got two pairs and there was visible difference if you have a keen eye.A comment about the Amazon try and buy. Basically it lets you try products upto a total of £100 and doesn't let you add less than 2 items. So at £80 you cannot try it unless you add another item to "try". And then you have to wait for it to be sent before to try another size. I would say just buy a couple of pairs around your size and just return the ones you don't need for refund. Please take pictures of packaging, and as you open, them because Amazon sends these in PET envelopes whichcan potentially damage the box. I was lucky that the damaged box was the pair I kept (see picture)Essentially a bargain for £80 which is price you might only get on Black Friday deals or in outlet stores. Stock up while stocks last!

Real buyer Review
These are either very poor seconds or fakes. I've owned 3 genuine pairs of Timberland 6 inch boots, all purchased from Timberland Stores directly. And in my honest opinion these are either fake or very very bad rejected stock. Please stay away.

Cool boots- listen to the size down comments
Got a few timberlands now one of the first pairs I got was way too big. Im usually an 8.5 uk size 9 sometimes on certain shoes. The recommendation to go a size down was clutch. Really good fit on 7.5 saved me time sending back. Shoe has no major faults to it either except it came from France hence why I docked a star. Good for putting some height on you.. Im like 6'1 in these.. Also I should add these are genuine as some have written they believe they are fake. I looked very closely and compared to shop bought boots, stitching was identical as well as all the timberland stamps. Only the inside sole for the bottom of your feet is different not a one piece of leather. Maybe they changed this as old pair is around 5 years old.

Not fakes. Order a half size or full size down.
Amazon Warehouse Deal. Bargain they might have been tried on once like a shoe in a shop but good as new, no marks, just a bit of a tear original box. They are definately not copies. Serial numbers labels, stitching, everything matches pictures on Timberland website. There is no printing on the inside of the tongue and neither is there any on one's sold by Timberland direct. They feel solid. The wheat coloured nubuck leather feels lovely.Definately order a half size down. I have size 11 feet. My Adidas trainers are 11.5 and I ordered Timberland 10.5 and they're a good fit. I measured my feet before buying and used the Timberland size guide.I'm marking down one star as laces are thin and too short. I'll be replacing with better ones a.s.a.p. Also the insoles don't feel as cushioned as some footware but not hard either. And their is some excess glue under the insole of one foot.Of course only time will tell. Will update my review in 12 months with how well they have lasted.

I have just purchased a pair for my son from Amazon and am 100% satisfied these are genuine
Having lived in the US for many years i have had dozens of pairs of Timberlands ( before they even made it to the UK !I have just purchased a pair for my sin from Amazon and am 100% satisfied these are genuine ! Solid well put together and no different to any of the other pairs i have owned !I have never been so pedantic as to check the width of the laces and they feel just the same as all the others i have worn over the past 35 years !

Avoid
It’s a true saying “you get what you pay for” ...I thought I had bagged a bargain with my favourite winter boots...unfortunately these are not authentic...they are a decent copy...I only noticed because I have bought authentic timberlands a lot over the years and noticed that the material wasn’t just right...the ankle padding material isn’t the same either and the size label usually on the tongue isn’t there! The cheap insole came out when looking insideBoot...I have requested a full refund and I will be more than happy to pay what I usually do...that will teach me

Lining ripped and causing foot damage after 7 weeks!
I’m a lifelong wearer of Timberlands and have had pairs last me nearly a decade of heavy wearing. So I bought this pair during Black Friday event as an investment as well as style for my husband for Christmas, he opened them 25th Dec. This week (mid-Feb) the lining at the heel of one boot has broken and a hole has appeared where the lining has rolled back and now seriously rubs my husband’s foot. It has caused a massive blister.I’ve never known any Timberland product to do this - I mean all mine are still intact 100% despite having been worn to hell & back for years.I can’t return them as the return period has expired but only after 7 weeks use (worn on average 3 times a week) the lining has gone!I can’t seem to contact the seller via my account’s orders page so I’m hoping they will pick up this review.

Too large and used?
These definitely do come in a larger size than indicated. I ordered the first pair size 9.5 UK (I'm usually size 10, but listened to other reviews so went with 0.5 size smaller) and they were still way too large so sent them back.My second pair was 8.5 and these did seem to be the right size, however they were not brand new. They had minor scuff marks on the outside leather, and some very visible dirt on the inside. They basically looked as if someone wore them for a few days, sent them back then they sent them to me. Had to return these twice now and I will not be ordering again. The boots themselves looked very well made and elegant which is why I'm giving it a 2/5 and not a 1/5 rating.

Very impressed look great and great price
These boot's seem genuine to me stitching and construction seem to be of a very very high standard and they look great but do feel a little tight.. Originally I ordered a 10.5 but they seemed a little big as I could fit my fingers down the heel very easily so I returned for a UK 10 but this pair feel considerably smaller 🤔.. Maybe its just because they are new and seem very tough there definitely going to take some breaking in, I've got blisters on both heels after just one day more like a few hour actually but like I said there a very tough boot and they need time to Shap to my feet so I ordered some anti rubbing pads for shoe's hopefully they will help with the breaking in ☺..
