In reviewing some of the other reviews, I can only offer this advise to anyone who tries this or other products for weight loss. Do not rely solely on a product to help you lose pounds. You need to get up and move (exercise) as well as eating right. Overall, Ampk worked for us but not everyone is the same so it may not be for you. You have to try it to find out. Good luck.

I’ve been taking this product for a couple of months and I’ve been noticing my belly fat shrinking. I’ve been trying to lose a little weight, but I’m losing fat faster in this area compared to elsewhere, and faster than I would normally experience. I can’t say whether it would necessarily do anything without putting in effort.

I’m a survivor of being hit by a car fro behind...I was an educator...I had to retire after being employed for 20 Yrs...I’m also a veteran...I said all of this to let you know a little about me...that accident banged me up a little, but I took a licking, but I’m still ticking. However, I am considered handicapped...I hit my head pretty hard, ...I didn’t mean to order this product. While I’m doing a lot better, my timing is a bit off...I apologize for my tardiness but it is a vast improvement for I can remember when I never returned the products that I couldn’t use...vast improvement. I would appreciate your assistance. The Allegra doesn’t work on me anymore....been using it for over three years...have to use something else for allergies...also the “LifeExtension” product wasn’t the one that I thought I was receiving...my mistake. I’ve been taking this supplement for about 5 months. I am a little late writing a review, it definitely slims down my mid section. I noticed it right away. I’m already pretty slim and I eat healthy, no bread, pasta, very little sugar and such. I bought this as I’m 50 yrs old and felt the metabolism wasn’t working like it used to.

I will come back and update this if I am somehow wrong.I have taken this for a week, minimally as prescribed. The only change I have seen in this week, with no explanation, is that my 'fat' clothes, which I'd hoped to leave behind, are getting tight. Don't as me how it packs on so quickly, but of course it can. Harder to lose than it is to gain!I had read about the studies which gave birth to this product. They always have a study, prompting the release of some product, yet they rarely work. I believe the only explanation is the dosage is lower when making the supplement, therefore, you never get the results that the recipients in the trials have. Well, I'm not sure how well the studies are done, and the method of quality control.If any ONE pill worked, would we have to keep on buying? For the weight loss attempt, I have already purchased a number of products from Life Extension. This will probably be my last. I know they have a 100% guarantee - but how many people return it? The product works well for me. I used it with a combination of exercise, diet. My friends have noticed that belly has dropped in size. What I like most of the product is that it does lower my hunger feeling. I could totally stop snacking.
