Yes, same thing. If it's red palm oil, it's produced from palm fruit. There are other oils produced from palms (palm kernel oil, coconut oil) but those lack the red color and the healthy carotenoids contained in the red palm oil.

Does red palm oil sometimes have a dark brown color at the bottom of the jar?

yeah I think it does, I've seen a whole lot of red palm oild and they tend to be darker at the bottom

Is this a RSPO Certified oil? I can;t tell by the photo of the bottle.

Unfortunately it's not rspo certified,  it's not even certified organic. It IS unrefined though, but that's just about it.
