A great mat
This mat appears to help with back pain. The first mat I received worked well for 7 months, but then stopped. I contacted the company and they sent me out within a week a new mat, to replace the non working mat. This mat works great. Overall terrific customer service and support. I would highly recommend this product and the company.

Best on the market!!
The mattress is absolutely amazing!! We searched for one that was long enough, wide enough, and provided the comfort and warmth that was needed. This was it hands down. After several months of use, we did have a minor issue with the mattress and it was resolved after one phone call. What was needed was replaced immediately!. The entire process was perfect. I wish other manufacturers stood by their product like this. I highly recommend them.

High Quality Awesome Mat!
This is a beautiful high quality mat. I tried three different mats from three different companies and this was by far the best. The only problem is that it's very heavy to be lifting in and out of bed. I'm going to try another mat from this company that isn't as heavy.

Love this mat
The mat is wonderful, and it feels really good to lie on it. I literally fall asleep on it when I lie on it! Also, the sellers are really great, and obviously really care about their customers, as well as the products they create. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mat, as well as the sellers. I've already spoken about them to several people, and have steered them towards this mat, as opposed to other brands that make a similar product.

Great product and Amazing customer service
Love my medi crystal mat! Had a issue with controller and customer service was amazing! They responded within a few minutes and sent a replacement right away and followed up ever step off the way to make sure it arrived. Highly recommend :)
