Rapture is a knitting worsted weight yarn with a luscious blend of super soft Llama and Merino. 50Percent Llama, 50Percent superfine Merino wool, knitting worsted weight, 20 STS per 4 inch on us 7 (4.50 mm).

not soft when knit up
Soft in the skein but knit up this is not the softest yarn I have knit with, which is perplexing since it is merino & llama. I have a love affair with other Sugar Bush yarns and expected great things from this new release, but it left me disappointed.The color and dye however, is lovely. The fierce flame is a very autumny orange.Also to note ... the yarn is splitty. So for cables it is sometimes hard to get the whole loop to twist it.Not my favorite yarn. Not bad, but for the price I would still prefer Malabrigo worsted.

Arrival on time
This skein was one of 3 that I requested of various colors. This skein arrived in a timely manner. This skein seemed lighter weight than the other two of the same brand, but different colors. It worked in my project. So I am happy about that.

Completly a tangles mess that I could not unravel.

Horrific!
That photo was the mild part of the tangle... The first yarn I bought of 4 took my mother and I 5 hrs to untangle... If I had paid a lesser price for this yarn it would of ended in my trash can.... No one should have to put up with that mess..... Yarn is nice and soft but nothing is worth the time u need to put into this yarn just to use it... Well never buy again.. Sorry

Don't waste your time.
This is easily the worst type of yarn I've ever bought. Maybe I got two defective batches but it was literally impossible to use this yarn without it becoming the WORST knot I have ever seen, no matter how careful i was. I actually threw much of it away. It's soft but that's about the only thing that's good about this yarn. 0/10 would not recommend. Q
