Bad experience
I ordered this product and came with broken packaging and metal frames slightly damaged with no user manual on how to start the product or operations guide. I am trying to figure out how to get some online documentation. It did not even come with multiple blades required for different cuts.

Easy to use
So far it’s been a a reliable easy to use machine. The shipping dinged the protective frame which we managed to fix but it wasn’t anything deal breaking. The instructions need better translating though.
