Having a busy life and stressors I tried this product to see if it would help me manage the stresses of daily life and help me feel better. After taking for a month I feel that it did allow me to be more mentally 'sharp' and focused. Did take about a week before I started to notice results, but have remained through period taking the pill. I did notice days I didn't drink enough water as usual I got a stronger headache than usual (could have been unrelated to probiotic, but something I noticed). Would recommend, and I plan on trying other variants to see if they produce similar results.

I used Sound Sport formula and noticed that I generally felt in a better mood in addition to healthier. And so when a mood specific formula came out I gave it a try and I notice just a really happier outlook and mood. I'm going to keep using this one for sure. Solid product.
