Bought this for my husband and it helped quiet him. It also allowed him to sleep more comfortably and wake up well rested. I can sleep more through the night as well. Comfortable and easy to put on and it isn’t as restrictive as it may appear. I would recommended this to others!

Love this anti snoring support belt. Velcro durable and does not catch hair. Material strong with biased edge. Easy to apply to head. Washes well in soapy water, rinse and hang dry. Purchased 2 to switch out. Straps easily adjustable to face and head.

I snore all the time which I believe is related to mild sleep apnea. I have an oral appliance that takes the snoring away completely. However, the oral appliance always falls out of my mouth during the night. The company where I bought the appliance sent me a chin strap that keeps it from falling out. After about 2 months the edges started falling apart. This is essentially the same product EXCEPT it seems to be built much better. The edges on this product are stitched whereas there was no stitching on the other product. Even if it lasted me 3 months, it's worth the cost to get a better sleep and keeping my appliance in my mouth.Is it hot? I wouldn't call it hot as other reviewers said. You can definitely tell that something is on your head, but that is no different than the last product I had. I feel like it's almost expected. My favorite part of this product....they sent a fabric wristband/sweatband with a note that said to use it if feeling hot with the chin strap on. I feel like this was super a super passive aggressive move by the company because a sweat arm band would not do anything in my opinion. I literally laughed out loud when I saw it in the package and feel like that alone would lead me to purchase this product again in the future if it breaks down!

When I remember to wear it, I don't wake 4 or 5 hours into the night having to get up to find the bathroom. I do feel like I am sleeping better. It does feel funny around the chin after a bit, but sleeping better and through the night is so good it's worth the trouble. Wish I'd known to get one of these years ago.Had one that cost a few dollars more but had narrower straps, it came off a few times in the night (I thought I was taking it off in my sleep, then it sprang off while I was still awake, staring at the opposite wall!) No problem like that with this one. Seems to be very good quality and construction.

Allows for more flexibility in fitting with large ear holes and Velcro straps. Comfortable fit, does the job. Other similar Chin Straps I've tried have either ear cut outs that are too small or one-size-fits-all stretch material without the Velcro adjustment. Too tight at first, but then a few months later, too loose. Four stars for this because it gets a little warm overnight. But the fit is great, material soft.

We ordered one of these as an alternative to my hubby's usual chin strap because of the great price. He says that it is very comfortable and probably a bit more effective than the other. I dinged it one star because, unlike the other, he is unable to put this one on without my assistance (he has limited use of his right hand and arm). Definitely worth a try!

Comfortable wide enough band, yet does not cover up my ears which I do not like in other brands or styles. Trust Respironic brand because they make and deal with issues and machines for cpap wearers, etc....Band that goes around in back of head is good to have, because it makes this device less likely to move around on you. Great price.
