StrongTek Wooden Slant Board, Adjustable Incline, Side Handles, Non-Slip

I was hesitant to pay this much but I am glad I did! This slant board is REALLY well made, very high quality, and super sturdy. You can tell it’s going to last a long time, unlike the cheaper knockoffs. It works great, I am using it every day to help stretch out my calves which is also reducing shin pain. Totally worth it!

I purchased the StrongTek Wooden Slant Board to assist with my ACL physical therapy, and it has been incredibly helpful. This slant board is the same one used at my physical therapy location, and I am so glad that I chose to purchase it because it is so sturdy and easy to use. I immediately feel the calf stretch as soon as I step on. I was stretching my calfs without a board , but it was hurting my knee. This is absolutely pain free!

Sturdy and made well. Finished like a piece of furniture. I like the cutout handles being plastic lined. No rough edges and box is easy to move.

This is fantastic! I recently had a knee replacement. This is a fabulous help in stretching out my calf muscles morning and night. It is awesome being able to adjust the height. My husband uses it too. Very sturdy and the non skid surface makes it easy to use either in my sneakers or bare feet.

WOW. I have had very tight Calf muscles, but I did not realize how tight. I was doing some exercises and My Calf muscles Screamed “Hey we need HELP” ! I remembered My Physio talking to me about a Slant Board Stretching Wedge. At the time I thought “good idea” , but soon forgot about it until My Calf’s reminded me with much Pain! I remembered the Slant Board. I am a Big Guy who has Worn out good Exercise equipment! I need something very Strong and well made. This is it! I purchased the StrongTek Slant Board X-LARGE size. The inside box says holds up to 500LBS. The Slant Board is adjustable from a 15 Degree Slant to 35 degrees Slant. This is important Feature to get adjustability on a Slant Board. Basically you stand on it for 5 minutes. Starting at 15 Degrees is challenging depending on your Physical Health. This Board also works on your Balance. I am now at 20 Degrees for 5 minutes and can feel the Stretch in My Calf’s, Hamstrings and Glutes. For Me this Slant Board has really made a BIG difference. I can feel My Muscles Stretching slowly as I stand there. Awesome. Yes I spent $100 on this Board, but what is YOUR HEALTH WORTH? This Slant Board was been Worth every penny for Me! Ich habe ein stabiles Schrägbrett zum Dehnen meiner Waden gesucht und ich bin auf dieses hier gestoßen. Mir war wichtig, dass ich ein hochwertiges Produkt bekomme und das habe ich hier gefunden. Die Lieferung ging schnell und das Brett war auch sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Alles war einwandfrei. Man kann es durch die Haltegriffe an den Seiten super greifen und auch das Einstellen der Höhe geht sehr gut. Man steht stabil und sicher und die rutschfeste/raue Oberfläche ist auch mit Socken ok. Mit Schuhen ist es aber angenehmer. Ich kann das Brett sehr empfehlen und würde es auch nochmal kaufen (aber bestimmt nur als Geschenk, denn ich glaube es hält 100 Jahre :) )
