This product allows me to strength train anywhere. There is sufficient tension unlike many of these bands which don’t provide sufficient resistance or weaken over time.The choices allow you to customize your to your current ability level and progress. I do not care for the inclusion of lighter options I dont see me utilizing. Just adds more “stuff” to take up space. I would prefer the option to select the resistance levels I desire

No dislikes. Bands are wide enough so don’t roll , enough resistance choices to get job done, thickness just right. Took some back to store because so thin and even the “heavy” had no resistance. I am using for knee therapy to strengthen surrounding muscles . It was started during therapy. The cost is very reasonable and I highly recommend these.

I thought these bands were straight, not in a circle

I received these bands today and didn't waste any time before trying them out! These bands are very durable and they barely rolled and if they did, it wasn't anything that would cause me to stop and start my workout. Also love the cute teal colors!

It was comfortable to wear and appeared to be a good value for the price. During the first few weeks, it performed well for my workout routines, providing the expected level of resistance and support.Unfortunately, the quality quickly deteriorated. Within just two months of regular use, the band broke. This was a letdown, especially since there were no extreme conditions or improper usage involved. It seems that the band couldn't withstand normal wear and tear, which raises concerns about the quality of materials used in its construction.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. While it shows potential initially, its poor durability makes it a questionable investment for anyone serious about their fitness routine. I hope the manufacturer takes note of these issues and improves the product's longevity in future iterations.

As a teacher on a tight budge, I love these resistance exercise bands!! I have a lot of students who like to move while they work. I put these bands on the legs of my students' desks so that they can kick them while they work. I've noticed that this has helped with my students focus a lot; plus these bands are teacher budget friendly. My students have been kicking at them them since August and so far they are still holding up just fine. I bought a second set of bands thinking they would break quickly and have not needed them.

These bands are a great way to work different muscles. I am a 6'1, thin male soccer player, and have worked out my whole life, and these things REALLY work your butt, thighs, and outer calfs. You can use them in many ways, but I very much like their leg workouts.
