Since COVID, I don’t carry a purse much anymore as I hate the thought of lying it down on potentially germ laden surfaces. I purchased a phone case that holds credit, cash and ID cards, but since I work and play outdoors a lot I really missed having my nail file handy. This little gem to the rescue!! Due to the recent, almost constant use of hand sanitizer my nails seem to break even worse than ever so I needed some way to smooth the jagged edges and keep me from wanting to bite them so they didn’t catch on things and tear even further. BIG no no these days when keeping your hands away from your face is so very important! This clips onto my key ring (which I keep in my pocket) and is always at the ready. I was afraid it wouldn’t work that great being so small and compact, but boy was I wrong! The clippers are so sharp my husband even asks to borrow them! The file part is a little awkward to use at first because of the angle it’s at, but once you get the hang of it, it works well and files smoothly. I may still use my glass nail file when I get home for precision, but this has saved many a nail from further damage in the meantime. Highly recommend!

I added this to my keys and man, it has come in handy. Its very slick and it is not bothersome when in your pocket. Lastly the blades are very sharp and cut very well.

I got these nail clippers specifically because I sometimes need to cut cable ties and similar things on the go, and because this was the smallest option I could find that fits on my keyring without taking up a lot of room. These clippers are about the size of a thumbdrive.The clippers are sharp and cut small objects and plastic well.The file is decent for filing down burrs on cuts, and even seems to work for metal, to some extent. (It does fine with nails as well.)The flat screwdriver portion is slightly rounded, and I'm not impressed with it. I haven't tried it, but I imagine it'll work ok. However, I think I'd have to be careful not to round the heads of certain screws, though.It needs to be noted that I don't actually like to use these for cutting nails. The cutting edges are straight, rather than curved, which makes the clippers uncomfortable to use. Normal nail clippers with curves edges make for better, neater cuts to fingernails. In addition, when using these on my fingernails, the nails are pushed down, flexing and flattening slightly before the clippers start cutting. The feeling in my cuticles as this happens is not pleasant. In contrast, there are no such issues with cutting toenails, as at least my toenails are flatter from the start, and thicker, meaning less flex.All in all, I recommend these more as a handy, very portable cutting tool for small stuff, but I'd pick something else as a keyring nailclipper.One thing that surprised me slightly is how well this folds up and stays folded. As of yet, this has never become unfolded on its own, or smacked my fingers or somesuch as I unfold it, despite the spring being under tension as the clippers fold up. So, while the clippers don't really have a locking mechanism per se, the construction does seem reasonably secure against spontaneous unfolds.As of now, the spring doesn't seem to have lost any tension, either, despite the clippers being folded up almost 24/7.

It's incredibly annoying to be out and about and snag a nail, or have a hang nail and not have a pair of clippers to take care of it. Regular pocket knives are useless in those scenarios. These are absolutely awesome to have on your keychain. The nail clippers are very sharp and effective (sharper than most regular clippers), and it's all safely, and compactly stored in nice flat little keychain. Great quality and fits in your pocket or purse without taking up much space. Highly recommended!

These clippers are a little cumbersome to operate but you figure out a way. They're sharp, have a great file, and very compact. I like 'em.

The link which joins the body of the clippers to the chain and key ring is small and weak. It won't last, and when it breaks this really cool and sharp clipper will loose a key feature. it won't be nearly as nice when you can't tether it to something in your bag or pocket.

Very sharp, which makes it virtually effortless to cut the nail, which I LOVE! Only thing that was hard to get used to is how to fit the clippers under the nail properly, very different from the normal way I have done it. Overall, very impressed and will be purchasing these again. Definitely recommend you try these!

Sturdy! I love that it clips with less force so the nail clipping doesn’t fly all over the place. Never had a nail clipper not do that to me. The file is great on it. Portability. I always found myself needing to clip my nails and never home to use the clippers.
