Q: What type of wiring harness do they accept they seem to be both Positve connections. Please help everyone.

Behind the connections you should be able to see a black and red wire indicating which one is which. I suggest you solder the wire to the connections, that's what I did. Don't forget to heat shrink as well.

Q: Will this fit in a 2017 Nissan Altima ? It says the size of the door speakers are 6 3/4

These seem to be 6.75 so I would say you're good
