**Q: Do you sell replacement lids? Bought this recently for my son to take to school, but he dropped it and and the blue piece broke off so it won’t close.**
A: Glad I saw this, I have a similar cup that the lid broke and I cannot seem to buy replacement lid for, so definitely will not be buying from them again!!

**Q: Does any part of this mold?**
A: Hi, 
It is possible for mold to form on parts of this water bottle, especially if it is used for other drinks like juice or soda. For general cleaning, we recommending putting the parts in the dishwasher, with the spout open.

**Q: Can you change to a lid without straw?**
A: We do not currently have lids without straws that fit this item.

**Q: How wide is the opening with lid off?**
A: I actually walked into my kitchen and measured this. It is 2 and 3/4 inches wide

My toddler loves all bottles from Zack designs. This one with Elsa her favorite, she only takes this one to daycare. I love how easy it is to disassemble and clean. However, the plastic lid is very weak, with little kids habits to throw their bottles around it doesn’t hold for more than 3-6 months for us, it breaks at the lid base, the bottle remains usable but not portable around. I had to switch tops around to continue to use the one she loves for her to be able to take it to daycare.

My 3 year old loves this water bottle so much. Lightning McQueen is his favorite, so he gives it 5 stars for that alone. I love its durability, materials, and that it’s leak proof. We both love the design and function overall. My only gripe would be that it can be tricky to clean out the toddler crumbs (IYKYK) from the mouth piece

This was a great cup. It kept drink really cold. I wish it was a little bigger. My kids drink a lot of water and milk. And so had to constantly fill it.
