I bought this because it offers the versatility of being a backpack, shoulder bag, an every-day computer bag that looks professional enough to carry around. The bag performed well on my week-long business trip through three airports and long layovers (lots of walking). The backpack straps and handles were able to be "hidden" if need be (which was nice). The pass-through for riding on my luggage was nice and worked great. I also used it as a backpack for getting off/on the plane and was comfortable due to the wide straps. There were plenty of pockets with rubber zipper holders (comfortable!). It was more than enough room for my 15" laptop, my papers, planner, etc. The only negative was the zipper on the middle compartment (not for the laptop or expanding) - the teeth on one side became unlocked twice during the trip. However, once I zipped it open on that side and zipped the other zipper closed that failed zipper then fixed itself. But I'm not worried enough to return the bag (yet). I have a couple more trips planned and will see how it does. Hope this helps. -T

I was looking for an affordable all in one travel bag for quick 2-3 day business trips. I must say after my first trip this bag it performed flawlessly. It easily held 3 days worth of business attire plus my modest computer equipment. 3 shirts 2 pair of pants plus 1 pair of jeans fit without a hitch. What was very surprising was the amount of storage compartments built into the bag. It made organization very easy and the light gray lining makes things easy to find. I have traveled with an inexpensive Good Hope 3 way convertible as well as a Patagonia MLC. This bag sits squarely between the two and looks more professional than them.When the expansion zipper is closed it fits neatly under the airline seat! This was a key factor in deciding to go with this bag. It also fits easily into the overhead bins of regional jets.The only improvement is the shoulder strap. It is pretty standard. I upgraded the strap to one by optech that I use with all of my bags.I am looking forward to seeing how long this bag will hold up to weekly business travel.

I've used this bag religiously since July 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed its functionality (carrying capacity and modes of carry). Eight (8) months into using this bag one of the main compartment zippers will not remain closed. The 'teeth" of the zipper will not hold, which in turn now renders the bag unusable . Really unfortunately, I really liked the bag for these eight(8) months. It's not practical to buy a new bag every 8 months

This is a well-designed bag with great convertible features. Unfortunately a bag like this is only as good as its zippers. I ordered and returned one of these bags for a direct replacement because it had a defective zipper that came apart without any load on it at all. The replacement was no better. It has the same problem. This could be a good bag if the zippers actually worked.

This item broke within six months and I’m unable to return it. It’s not well made- poor quality for the $$.

The zipper lining is not waterproof. I would not have an issue with this if it had waterproof covering for the lining.

When I opened the bag up on arrival the two main zippers were broken and the bag is unusable,
