Best of Debbie Friedman Paperback – November 1, 1997

Filled with songs of praise and love, this book is a blessing in itself. Vocal lines and guitar chords, including some duets. The only weakness is that there is no bass clef notation included. Still, an accomplished pianist can add bass chords that sound fine. This allows for personalization, making each piano performance unique to the player. Debbie (z"l) would have liked that.

Debbie Friedman is one of Judaism's great song writers taking all the traditionally liturgy of the Synagogue and putting them to song. I often find myself singing them as I go through my day.

This has one or two songs I knew, and a lot I'm not familiar with.I haven't had time to learn the new songs, but look forward to it.
