I personally know how the poha (from red rice) is prepared traditionally as well as my the machine, that’s why I found and doubt artificially coloured has been added. During washing the poha reddish colour seen which normally not seen in pure poha.

I soak for 4hr so it doesn’t dry out in cooking. I researched trying to find an organic gluten free pohu. I don’t seem to have a reaction to this one like I do gluten items. The most recent order took over a week to arrive.
