The Circulon Radiance 12-inch frying pan with lid has quickly become my go-to skillet. The hard anodized construction feels solid and durable, and it heats evenly without hot spots. I’ve used it for everything from sautéing vegetables to searing meat, and the results have been consistently excellent. The nonstick surface works beautifully—food slides right off with little to no oil, and cleanup is incredibly easy. I love these pans. Got my first set many years ago. As they wear out I replace them with the same brands. They have changed a bit over time but they stay the same size so lids can be reused if needed. They look good and clean up easily.

We finally threw away our hard used skillet pan we cook every meal in it seems everyday and bought this. Love the high sides when I’m browning ground meat. I’ve left a low fire under it for way too long and thank god the pan (and the house) did fine. The lid seals well and it’s not too heavy for me to lift, wash and put away easily. In fact it’s quite light and very fast to clean. I think it’s a great pan. I have a set from our wedding 35 years ago and it’s going strong with a lot of hard miles on it all.

I have been on the hunt for a quality low-cost pan and I have to say, this is an excellent frying pan. The 12-inch size is perfect for cooking larger meals, and the deep sides make it easy to sauté, fry, or simmer without worrying about splatters or spills. It feels incredibly durable and heavy in my hands. The nonstick surface is also top-notch, I've cooked everything from eggs to stir-fries, and I haven't had anything stick to it. One of the things I really appreciate about this pan is how evenly it heats up. I've had other frying pans in the past that would have hot spots, but that's not an issue with this one. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan, which makes for consistent cooking and better results.

Love this pan. We love how it cooks and it's size. Unfortunately, we just had to buy a new one. It didn't stand up to dishwashing and how hard on it we are. The next one won't go in the dishwasher.

Cooks perfectly, beautiful product, great addition to my pans, but this works perfectly. Cooked eggs and several sticky type of food products but they did not stick to the pan. Product is as described. Watch is perfectly, scratch resistant, handles comfortably. Purchasing one for my daughter.

I purchased this skillet purposely for frying 2 pounds of turkey at once. I make homemade dog food for my two Yorkies once a week and this skillet is the perfect size. Skillet circumference measurements tend to be measured from the top of the skillet, not the bottom. The bottom is what was important to me because I wanted as much of the turkey to have contact with the bottom surface of the skillet as possible. I don't want to boil it, I want to fry it. This is the perfect skillet. The quality and ease of clean up was an extra bonus. If you have a large family feeding four or more this is a perfect size.

I expected the concentric circles on the interior would be hard to clean but it's been fine so far. The non-metal handles are nice. I've been careful not to overheat it.

The quality and non stick finish can’t be beaten. Only con is that the removable handle is a bit of a stretch in that yes it can be removed as long as you have a screwdriver handy.

Lo he usado durante 3 meses diariamente, en la mañana para huevos estrellados y en la tarde para carne o papas: Esta es mi evaluacion honesta: El sarten es bueno, es pesado y eso hace que la coccion sea buena, la tapa ayuda a cocinar bien pues no deja escapar el vapocito generado. Hasta ahora la tapa no se ha roto a pesar de 3 caidas. el sarten no se ha descascarado, ni se le ha quitado lo antiadherente, es un sarten de batalla muy bueno, lo cuido de la misma manera que se cuida un sarten de teflon, si se ha manchado de abajo, pero eso no me importa, con la manera de cocción y su antiadherencia se te olvida lo de abajo: SIEMPRE USO ESPONJA PARA LAVARLO, PREFIERO JABON LIQUIDO Y SOLO LO ACARICIO BAJO EL CHORRO DE AGUA Y SE QUITA TODO NO ES NECESARIO TALLAR, AL COCINAR USO LA PALA QUE ESTA RECUBIERTA DE SILICON, esos cuidados los he hecho siempre y los sartenes tipicos solo han durado uno o dos meses....este sarten es bueno, me encantaria que hubiera uno mas pequeño, o rojos, los compraria sin pensar!!
