Our organic Apples Cider Vinegar is raw, unfiltered and un-pasteurized so that it maintains the best of its natural benefits. It contains no preservatives or artificial ingredients and is exceptionally smooth tasting. Made form 100% organic apples we preserve the Veil of the Mother , which is created by natural amino acids and enzymes combining into strand like chains of connected protein molecules during the fermentation possess. We do not pasteurize our vinegar since it removes these delicate nutrients and enzymes which may contain a major portion of the nutritional value and benefits. not as good as Braggs
I go through at least a quart of organic apple cider vinegar a week and have for years so I do have some experience with ACV. I bought this one at the local grocery outlet store to try it since it was 4 dollars and my usual brand... braggs... costs 5 dollars. I was "put off" as soon as I opened the bottle. It's not that it is a bad smell, it's that I am used to the smell of apples and all this smells like is acid. Also, the taste is a lot sharper. I will use it up for a final rinse after Oscar's bath (Black Lab), but I don't think I will be using it for my personal use... definitely not for consumption. If it works out ok for his bath/rinse, then I might get a few more bottles to use exclusively for that as it is less expensive than my usual.

Organic, raw, smooth, vital - all I want in a vinegar
Solana makes a very nice raw ACV that is the equal of Bragg and some of the other top natual ACVs. While the smell is indeed a bit more acidy than Bragg as one reviewer noted, I find that the taste itself (tsp in a glass of water) is actually a bit smoother. I really like both.
