A: No. It does not.  I had to reuse the bottom support from my old adidas bag

A: Dimensions: 24" x 11.5" x 12.5"

**Q: Could you fit a months worth of clothes in it?**
A: Depends on if you plan to do laundry. You could fit a fair amount of clothes in this bag, but its best use would be for sports and going to the gym. If you want to pack for a month, I would recommend an actual suitcase.
