It is not designed for enlarged prostate problems.
I bought this for frequent urination due to an enlarged prostate. It did not help much. For me, one 400 mg Beta Sitosterol works better in reducing nightime urination.

Not helping like straight Beta Sitosterol
Not Beta SitoSterol. Doesn't have enough apparently to do the job of freeing up my prostate. Straight Beta SitoSterol is what I'll go back too... it worked; this didn't

The tablet may be hard to swallow, it is slightly larger than the ordinary pill.

Good blood pressure
Dont know if it’s this or the concoction of other supplements but I’m 50 and my blood pressure has been 12/80 or below without any medications
