Broken Wheels, super fragile luggage
On the first day the zipper broke, and three of the wheels broke. Which sucks because I travel overseas and had to buy an ENTIRELY knew luggage set. Very cheaply made. Cute to look at when you first open it though. Gets ruined if it come in contact with anything, scratches all over the exterior.Update: So I only kept the tiny one because it was my carry on and the only one that didn’t get damaged. But I did upload a picture of the wheels before I got rid of it. I had to re-screw the screws in to keep the wheels on and even lost one of the wheels on the way to my destination. Only got one use out of it. I’m currently stationed overseas and now I have to buy an entirely new luggage set when its time to go home.

Poor Zippers Quality
The luggage’s look very nice and are very lightweight; however these might not be the best option if you plan on using them for airport travel.We all know and have seen how Luggage is handled at airports- no care what so ever and for that reason I recommend you not purchase for airport use.Incident 1: the body of the luggage cracked by the wheel area. I’m sure it had to do with other heavier luggage stacked on top.Incident 2: the zipper on my checked bag broke while it was being handled by airport employees. Luckily they were able to tie the luggage with tape or else my belongings would have been all over the place on the conveyors.Incident 2: zipper broke again. Luckily it happened at home and not at the airport.I decided not to use these for airport travel after the 3rd incident. I ended up going to Target to buy new ones.

Beautiful with a beastly problem
We loved it...at first. It’s beautiful color, lightweight, plenty of room, VERY easy to handle & maneuver around. Such a difference compared to our old luggage set. But upon one use - a flight, the large & small cases both had their zippers either pop open or stick / run off track. It’s dissappointing because we loved them but you can’t risk your case popping open on an airplane or in the airport or anywhere for that matter. I’m in the process of trying to return. I’ll update if there’s a need to.

Lock not working on 20" luggage,holes,chipped
Small 20" does not lock or have side handle, large luggage 28" chipped and have holesAlso 24" has holes see pics

Great set!
Just got back from my first trip with these bags! LOVE the maneuverability of them - my jaunt through the airports was easy while some of my co-travelers were struggling. Capacity is great! And they held up to the handling really well, a few scratches but that is all.Some of my family members were so impressed that they will be buying a set for themselves as well.

Very tough luggage
Extremely durable light weight very maneuverable blocks are mediocre could not set up a different combination. Flew overseas and back through Atlanta luggage took very little damage if it wasn’t for the locks I give it five stars
