Never knew this brand before but it's easily my favorite brand now

I've had similar pans of coated steel. Those did not last, looking forward to longer use with the uncoated aluminum of this pan

Love, love, love this Nordic Ware pan! If you often need a smaller pan for baking this is perfect, and it isn’t heavy at all - very lightweight. Nice quality and it washes beautifully with never a stain, but having said that, don’t do what I did. Let me warn you! Do Not Put This Pan In The Dishwasher! If you do it will come out dark and stained and you won’t be able to clean it. I just ruined mine. I now need to buy another. If you take care and wash it by hand it should stay beautiful for a very very long time.

I had one Nordic Wear pan and needed another one to make two layers. My friend loaned me hers, which is an expensive brand. The cake in her pan baked up better. This pan works for me, but if Ie er need another one, I will get my friend’s brand.

These pans are absolutely perfect for baking or roasting in a toaster oven. I wish I had bought these years ago.

This is going to be so useful. It will fit in a small toaster oven or air fryer. It won’t take up a lot of space in the fridge if I wanted to use it as a gelatin mould. It doesn’t pop or bend.

These are cheap bare aluminum pans. If you leave them in the refrigerator it will eat holes completely through the pan.
