Stainless Steel Meat Injector Syringe, 2-Oz Turkey Injector Syringe

I finally had the chance to use my new injector I purchased from you folks and I must say it was much easier to use that I thought! I’ve never used an injector before, but will be using it quite a bit now. Last night I grilled some ribeyes. I decided to inject mine, but my wife just wanted hers the way I usually do them. So, I opened the box and took out the syringe and took it apart. I cleaned it and dried it. I took the smallest needle out, cleaned it as well. I must say – the cleaning brushes that came with this “kit” worked very well. I was very pleased with that. I put the injector together and got ready to draw my first syringe of the marinade I had purchased. The syringe filled up really easy and I prepared to inject my ribeye. The injector went into the ribeye with hardly any pressure needed. The way the injector is designed with the 2 “rings” to hold the syringe with my fingers and the third “ring” to push with the palm of my hand, made injecting easy peasy!!! I injected the ribeye in several places and although some of the marinade came out, it seemed as though enough actually stayed in the meat to make it worth while to try. I grilled our steaks as I normally do and they came out a perfect medium-rare. The first couple of bites I couldn’t detect any additional flavor from the marinade, but it was very juicy. I soon tasted the marinade and it was great! I can’t wait to try the injector on other protein. I took the injector apart for cleaning. I took notice that there was no leakage from the syringe anywhere. Cleaning was very simple and easy thanks to the cleaning brushes that were included. I would highly recommend this “kit” to anyone wanting a good, solid, well-made syringe for injecting. I especially liked the 3 different sizes of injecting needles and already am imagining the different proteins I could inject – turkey, chicken, roasts, etc. In my limited experience with this injector, it was much easier and simple to inject than I imagined. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an injector.

Used this to inject 6 huge briskets as well as a few other things. Works really well. I will say that the most useful needle that is the right size and has a bunch of holes is super long . . . which makes it difficult to suck up the sauce. I might shorten that one on the grinder since it works the best. Maybe lose one set of holes and shorten it a couple of inches. Built rock-solid, though which is exactly what I was looking for. A world away from the stupid plastic ones at the grocery store. I feel like I could vaccinate a buffalo with this thing.

Meat tenderizing, flavor injecting what more can I say? It's fantastic. Easy to use easy to clean, great buy very good price point for the quality. Why would you only marinate on the outside layers when you could literally get right in the center of the meat

Really like it. Works well and does what it says it does with no hiccups. Also the build quality is good as well.

Pretty happy with it overall. Plenty of brushes to clean it and feels solid, functions well - with melted herbed butter and garlic at least. Cleans up easy. Mine just so happens to be missing the needle with the side holes. Which is a bummer. Got two of the same just straight down needles. So one star off for that. And the box, while better than just loose in a drawer, could use some better storage holder things instead of a weak plastic liner. I’ll fashion something out of cardboard probably. I’d buy this again.

After much research, this is the brand and type made of good quality food grade stainless steel. I highly recommend this brand and type for anyone in need of an injector for cooking. The material that only looks good, but performs quite well.
