do i put it on my hands when theyre are wet? or when theyre dry?

For optimal use, apply 30-60 minutes prior to activity in dry hands. To apply Tite-Grip II, put a small amount in your hands and rub them together, you will immediately feel three things happen:

Is this product safe for long term use?

Yes. I use it every day. No cracked hands or anything.

Does this keep your hands from sweating

Yes, if you apply it before they start sweating. However sweat may overwhelm it if you've been working for a while and have sweated a lot.

I use it for golf. Excellent product. Hands do stay dry. But repel? It was raining the other day, still had to dry my hands with a towel, so I would say no.
