I love the smell and it's a great idea, however it's to tight it hurts and leaves dark red Mark's on my arm. I am a small women and it does that. So, I bought something else and passed it to my 9-year-old and she also complained about it hurting her arm and leaving indentations. I'm a little disappointed

So in love with this bracelet. It helped to keep me relaxed all day. My co-workers loved the smell as well
