## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will the Agio replace a Triton Seville?**
A: Good product

**Q: how do you turn it on?**
A: the shower is controlled by 2 rotary switches. There is a power light indicator to show that the unit is powered (always powered if no isolator switch is fitted) no waterflow is actioned until the unit is powered by the rotary controls to set temperature and heat 1 or 2 I would recommend that you have an isolation switch to turn on / off power i have done this with a pull cord located on the bathroom ceiling hope this helps

**Q: Has it got a bottom and left hand feed?**
A: Thank you for your question. The product in question has the water connection in the bottom right hand corner as viewed from the front but pipe entry can be made for the bottom right or left. Best Regards, Karl.

**Q: Does this use hot and cold water or is it cold water only**
A: As I recall it used cold water and heated it electrically in the shower unit, but we changed to a power shower several years ago as it did not provide a stable warm shower and someone running water elsewhere in the house during use caused sudden temperature fluctuations

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy one for one replacement.
*by D***R on 9 May 2026*

Really good shower, easy to fit as it was going where another electric shower was previously.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Solid electric shower with good pressure, but a couple of annoying issues
*by B***L on 17 April 2026*

I bought the Triton Agio 8.5 kW electric shower a few weeks ago to replace an old unit, and overall I'm pretty happy with it. It does the job well for a standard bathroom shower, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for something straightforward and reliable. Pros: Easy to install – The unit itself went up without any major drama. The instructions were clear, and it fitted nicely in the existing space. I had it up and running in under an hour with basic tools. Good water spray pressure – Once it's on, the pressure is strong and consistent. The spray pattern feels powerful enough even on lower settings, which is a big plus compared to my old shower. Great for a proper rinse. Cons: The shower didn't come with the copper/brass olive and brass cap needed for the inlet connection. That was really frustrating as I had to make an extra trip to the hardware store to buy them separately before I could even finish the install. It takes about 30 seconds for the hot water to properly heat up, which feels a bit slow. You have to let it run for a little while before jumping in, especially first thing in the morning. For the price, it's a decent electric shower that delivers good performance once it's going. The missing parts and warm-up time stop it from being a 5-star product, but I'm still satisfied overall and would buy another Triton if needed. Just be prepared to pick up those extra fittings yourself.
