One of the two blocks was under aged but still tasted good

I bought this cheese after having watched a video online of people eating it and decided to try it myself. When the cheese came in it was nicely packaged with multiple levels of packaging. Once I finally made it through all the layers the aroma immediately hits you. It is not what I would call a nice smell. To be honest it smelled horrible. I couldn't get myself to taste it. This is where I had the dilemma of is this a 1 star cheese because it smells so bad or is this a 5 star cheese because it is probably exactly what people are expecting with this type cheese. I decided to go with 3 because I can't in good conscience do either a 1 or 5. Hope this helps.

I received the item, but it was spoiled, it really smells bad, I have to put it in the garbage.

Grandfather loved this cheese, he passed that to me. Brought back a lot of Sunday afternoon memories.

We did not expect that we would gobble up this wonderful cheese as quickly as we did! We're buying more!
