Replaced all my brushed nickel with the black matte hinges. Love the look! They are heavy duty and easy to install.

Perfect match to the brass set I was replacing. Penrod hinges come stock on Pella solid wood doors, and most people don’t think to use bearing hinges when replacing. Quality product.

If you want the loud hinge noises because you're filming a horror movie...buy these
The media could not be loaded. I bought these since they're marketed as heavy duty ball bearing hinges to replace some sagging hinges on my front door. The sag is gone! But these are the loudest hinges I've ever experienced. I've tried popping the pins halfway out and putting some 3-in-1 oil on them. It didn't help. Ordering different hinges.

Quiet and easy to install
These are perfect for our door to the garage. This door is used sooo often and the quietness is nice. They fit just like the builder's brand and now match the hardware I changed a long time ago. Wish I had done it sooner.

Nice replacement for old brass hinges
We have a semi-exterior door that goes to a sunroom on the back of the house and its hinges did not match any of the other (newly replaced) hinges in the house. I was unable to find any in the desired finish with the same screw pattern until I found these. I replaced the hinges one at a time and the door operates very smoothly and looks much more modern. Shipping was fast, would purchase again. Thanks!

Disappointed
These were advertised as being heavy duty with smooth, squeak free operation.Out of the box the hinges were clearly not heavy duty and they squeaked when I manipulated them by hand.
