Have been using these with prenatals before and after birth not only were they good for babies brain before birth but now I’m finding out they prevent clogged milk ducts while breastfeeding! Highly recommend adding this to your supplements if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding! No bad side effects for me no bad smell or taste and they are not too big I take 2 of them every day and try and eat some eggs as well.

A good product and well-priced. Been taking CDP for about three years now. At 70, my memory's better than it was when I was 65. I've memorized 20-item grocery lists that include multiple items for each .. so 20 item lists become 40 item bags. It's a bit crazy but I remember conversations I had with people several weeks earlier and things like my father's doctor's appointments and my wife's. I will fill out items on my big wall calendar two or three weeks after they happen so they can be referenced the following year. CDP Choline has been added to my core group of daily suppliments. You won't feel any wild effects and in my case it took 3-5 weeks before I started noticing a certain "sharpness" in my thinking. But if you're willing to stick with it, you'll likely notice real benefit. By the way, in my case, the benefits come at 1/2 the daily dose so my bottles just go a lot further !

I’m pretty impressed with this supplement. Helped me dial in my adhd meds ( not stimulants) and bolster executive functioning for me. Helps with energy. Easy to swallow capsules.

I think I have some improvement. I was not really that bad with memory. I had actually bought it from my husband but he didn't want to take it. So I decided to try it. I think I will definitely know a little more how I feel in a couple of weeks. The only side effect I might have had was some heart burn at night. After three or four nights though it did go away. No other side effects. I will continue up to take it. That's all folks!

I can definitely tell the difference when I take this with my ADHD meds vs without. It helps with my focus. No side effects either.

It is like NZT-48, if you have ever watched the movie Limitless. You want to take it with the first meal of the day. If you take it on an empty stomach, you will feel minor to moderate stomach discomfort for around an hour. But if you take it with food, you won't feel any discomfort whatsoever. And it is best to take it early in the day because you don't want your brain to be wired and overly focused around bedtime.

Its okay product, but i have been feeling some sort of stomach upset. Not sure if it is suitable for eveyone.
