So good!
I love everything about this book. She educates you in the beginning, then the recipes are easy and delicious. If you don't want to make a large batch just half the recipe. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Easy recipes with a lot of flavor!
::Update:: As of 4/17/2021 it has been a staple for us. We use it regularly. Tonight I made her Chocolate Ice Cream recipe and it was amazing! I truly hope she comes out with another book. Her recipes have been so easy to follow and practical. 100% recommend! ::Update::I have PCOS and was looking for a grain free, sugar free, dairy free cookbook so that is what I googled and this came up! I am SO glad it did. I wanted a cook book that wouldn't just use sugar substitutes and try to make it taste sweet or give me some gross frankenstein bread type of recipe. She is more against natural sweeteners than I am (she said it took her 3 years to go through half a thing of maple syrup!) but that is exactly what I was looking for. I feel it's important that you know that before buying so you don't think you'll get stevia, coconut sugar, etc. type of recipes. So far we have made 3 recipes - Kale Frittata, Herb Encrusted Chicken, and Summer Potato Salad. All were excellent! For the summer potato salad I wanted to note that I used store bought mayo and did not make my own. Other than that one recipe I followed the others to a T and they are now family faves! We can't wait to try more! She tells you how long each thing will last in the fridge/freezer, how long it will take to prep and cook, and other things that are super handy when meal planning.I am SO thankful for this cookbook and I can already tell it will be a staple for us.

Delicious easy recipes
Vegetables and fruits are the stars of this cookbook, and Leah Webb inspires me to prepare them in creative ways. She is wise yet humble. Her willingness to share the health struggles in her own family is a gift to all readers. The recipes are easy to follow and produce tasty surprises. I don’t have kids, but the explanations and advice for families seem useful and applicable to me. I also like the suggestions about cooking in bulk and streamlining the process in the kitchen.Leah encourages a better quality of food and shows how to achieve that at home in a way that is affordable, efficient and satisfying.I have used a recipe from this cookbook to prepare a healthy holiday dessert that was very well-received by friends. I have also prepared delicious entrees, salads and muffins at home that my partner and I have enjoyed. This cookbook is a nice gift for friends. It can be used in any number of settings to bring some joy into cooking and eating simple, nutritious food. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Basic recipes
Nice cookbook but recipes are rather simple. Things most of us already know how to make. Was hoping for some new recipes for variety.

New diet
Last year I was told to drop gluten, dairy, and sugar from my daily diet. My wife is working on doing the best. Can food taste good again?

Delicious recipes, beautiful, well-made book
My healthcare provider recommended this book, and it's now practically the only cookbook I use. I have loved every recipe I have tried, they are all delicious. My health (and weight) have improved since I have gone grain-free, dairy-free and sugar-free. There is something for everyone in this cookbook, including me, a vegan (although there are plenty of meat recipes). And the book itself is gorgeous - glossy pages, beautiful photos, a joy to read and use. I highly recommend this cookbook. And once you go to this style of eating, you won't go back.

Simple, healthy recipes - great for families!
My son was diagnosed with a dairy/soy allergy so I have a little insight into what goes into a restrictive diet. The planning and time it takes to feed a family nourishing meals is not to be dismissed. What I love most about the recipes in Leah's book is that they're clearly written and simple to prepare. I've made almost a dozen recipes and have loved them all! I especially appreciate how easy it is to throw your own spin onto the recipes. I didn't have one vegetable or had too much of another - it was easy to make it work for us with what we had. This book is already dogeared and smudged with cooking juices, which is a clear sign of cookbook love in my house.
