Question 1

Which bordering ocean of Canada are the cod sourced from?

Accepted Answer

The Arctic Ocean

Question 2

This product can't possibly cost only $0.15/oz (per description)? $39.99 container; 10.9 oz. container (per label). Math: 39.99 / 10.9= $3.67/oz.

Accepted Answer

Hi! Please note this ratio is provided by Amazon, not us (the seller). We requested it be altered to the correct ratio, and it has been corrected! We promise this was not our doing nor an attempt to be dishonest. Our product is slightly more expensive because we source the highest quality, all-organic ingredients from the local source of origin to ensure purity, extensively test our product for cleanliness, and include 30 servings (versus most other companies that typically sell about 20 servings of marine collagen). Hope that helps provide some clarity! :)

Question 3

There was no scoop in my package. How can I measure 1 portion without it?

Accepted Answer

Hi there! Oh no! Your scoop should be there! We suggest checking within the powder in case it simply got buried. If not, please contact us and we'll send you a replacement! We're incredibly sorry for the inconvenience! (1 scoop is 10g)

Question 4

How can I return this product?

Accepted Answer

Hi! I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with our product! Please feel free to message us or send us an email and let us know what you didn't like - we'd love to hear to help make improvements. In order to return it, you must simply go to the orders tab in your Amazon account, click this order, and request a return. Hope that helps!
