Very Pleased - 2nd Update Jan 18th 2021
First and foremost, this tool chest is not really for an application that a mechanic would need. This tool chest is small and suitable for home use. I was able to fit all my tools in it, along with 2 drills, a sander, and a variety of wrenches, screwdrivers, drill bits, and such. The shipment was delayed for 3 days. Given the reviews on other sites, breakage/damage was a concern when the day of arrival was switched.Upon receipt, this item was packaged very well. There was absolutely no damage to any part of it. Inside there were corners around the unit, covered in cellophane, and zero scratches or dents. The tool chest is easy to assemble. Everything went together very well. The instructions are good, but they do not specify the screws and which goes where. The best thing to do is start the screws where they appear to belong and it becomes clear. The only difficulty was screwing the two rear screws under the top drawer assembly to the middle compartment. The location of the screws is very difficult to visualize and may take a few minutes to get the 2 screws going.Overall I give the cabinet a 5 rating. It is thin, but very well made and sturdy. The casters are easy to steer and there is plenty of space for all hand tools typically used around the house. I attached a power strip behind the unit, this way I can roll it with a full electronics connection panel, with 2 USB ports. I have all my car cleaning tools, including a polisher, so having the 120 VAC power strip comes in handy. The instructions when it comes to labeling the screws and the location where they go need improvement, but overall I am very pleased with this tool chest. The brand of this particular chest is Ironman. I have seen the same tool chest under other brands, however, given the packaging, zero damage, and versatility of the chest, I would recommend this very same brand. Some of the reviews of the similar tool chest are poor and the overall experience for most are bad, and most appeared to have been returned due to damage.12/10/20 UPDATE Im changing this review to a zero. Last night I needed to get a screwdriver, none of the drawers would open. The lock on this unit is for the top component ONLY. So the lock does NOT lock any of the drawers. So, blaming the lock is as good as blaming the virus for poor service. The problem is that this manufacturer wants to have the soft closing drawers, but want to do ao with cheaper hardware, hence the failure. I would not recommend buying this. Only way to fix it is removing the riveted hardware. Given the cost and labor of doing that, the rating is a zero. Total waste of money. Dissapointing to say the least. One good day, them kaput.Jan 18 2021 Update: You live & learn. Back to 5 stars with regards to functionality. This toolBox has a hidden latch on the top compartment that keeps the drawers from opening. It is not partthe locking mechanism that is on the front of the unit. Rather it is apparently located on the small hinge that is on the center of the cover of the top compartment. When the top lid is closed it secures the drawers closed in place. When the lid is opened it unlocks the drawers. The instructions refer to the locking mechanism. To the best of my knowledge there was no reference to the drawer latch, juat the locking mechanism, which to me was the lock where the key to open the locking mechanism is located. .Unlime other carts, where there are one or two viaible push down locking pins, this particular tool cart has it within the hinge itself. Very well hidden. The instructions could be better written. This function wasn’t clear and mixed in with the reference to the keys and the lock found on the top compartment.Bottom line, in order to open the drawers the top lid must be opened. To shut them, the drawers must be pushed all the way back, then when the top lid is closed, the drawers stay locked in place, when the lid is opened, the drawers easily open & close.

Excellent Tool Chest – Sturdy, Spacious, and Secure!
I couldn’t be happier with the Goplus Rolling Tool Chest! It’s exactly what I needed for organizing my tools in the garage. The build quality is solid – made from heavy-duty metal that feels like it’ll last for years. The drawers slide smoothly and hold a surprising amount of weight, and the lock bar feature gives me peace of mind knowing everything is secure. The detachable top toolbox is a great bonus – I can take just what I need with me for smaller jobs. The wheels roll easily, even when the chest is fully loaded, and the locking mechanism keeps it in place when I need it to stay put.Whether you’re a DIYer or a professional, this tool chest is a fantastic value. Highly recommend!

Good Enough, But Not Heavy Duty
Just recently purchased this for home organization. I was in need of something in the office/craft room where I could have several small drawers, a cabinet, and places to stow some basic tools I use around the house. This fit the bill. I use the small drawers to fit some of the fly tying materials I use, that I can’t easily store in the partitioned tackle boxes I have on the fly tying table. This cart fit the bill there perfectly.A few things to know:1) The cart isn’t going to be as sturdy as something from Craftsman or even Husky.2) The unit is fairly small, so storage isn’t going to be massive, or what you’d expect for something in a mechanic’s shop in a garage. This is a fairly small unit.3) This thing doesn’t really lock. There are two hooking bars that can slide over the lock loops, and in that way you can lock drawers, etc, but it’s not like there is a locking function right off the bat that is easy to use.4) It’s thin metal. Again, this isn’t something heavy duty. This is probably best for light home duty more than anything. And the slides aren’t exactly high quality. They aren’t soft close, but they work and as long as you’re not slamming drawers shut, you’re going to be in great shape.Overall? Exactly what I was looking for. Nothing more, nothing less. I’ll update this review once I get some more mileage out of it, but for now freshly assembled and loaded up, it seems functional, good for the cost, and fits what I need for light home duty.

Great for household use
Just put it together and started loading it with my tools. As a dad who just does a little work around the house, this toolbox I think will be great. If you do a lot of work, have alot of tools, or going to use it a ton, you’ll probably want to purchase a higher quality toolbox. If you’re like me and you just do random work around the house or car, this will probably suffice.Quality is what you would expect from a low priced toolbox, maybe even a bit better. But the metal it is made out of is pretty thin and it has a 200lb weight limit. The casters allow for it to roll around quite easy and it’s pretty sturdy. The drawers are relatively small so you can’t fit many tools in it, or longer tools facing the same way the drawers open and close. It allows me to better organize my tools and I can get away from the couple handy man bags I had to sift through to find the tools I need.

Save your money!!
It is very, very flimsy. Arrived dented and the metal is easily moveable, certainly not for tool storage in a garage that actually gets used! The drawers are tiny and wobbly, the hooks don’t actually have a mechanism to stay in the hook holes, so they pop out when opening or closing the bottom cabinet. I’d maybe have paid $30 for the entire set up, it’s the size and quality of what I’d give my 9 year old. The instructions are non-existent, but it is fairly self explanatory - also says to use a screwdriver, but you need to rachet the bolts down 🤣 BUYER BEWARE!
