Imagine Foods, Gravy Wild Mushroom Organic, 13.5 Ounce

I've been on the hunt for a good vegetarian gravy since March of this year, and after MANY disappointments, I've finally found a delicious gravy. This is a PHENOMENAL, (albeit undersalted but one can always add salt) gravy! Finally, my mashed potatoes dont have to be gravy-less, because this gravy is wonderful

Excellent flavor

This is pretty thin, I was going to try to thicken but never got around to it ! But it does have a good taste.

I use this as a vegan sub for cream soups. It can be found for a good price but often the price is inflated.

No very "mushroomy". Some mushroom pieces would help. I could make a mushroom gravy a few minutes that would be MUCH better than this. I tried this because I wanted something when I didn't have the ingredients to make gravy. I will not buy this again!

Immediately ordered more. Very tasty, and it's a classic taste, not that cloying gotta be unique thing you get with so many vegan items. This will be a staple to add to pretty much anything. You won't be sorry.

This was watery and thin. It’s a mushroom broth, I guess. Not a nice thick gravy. It was very embarrassing to bring this to my family thanksgiving. You would need 2 or 3 of the boxes, and then heavily reduce it by simmering for a long time on the stove. Might as well get the Imagine mushroom portabella soup and reduce that. (I’m so confused by this product because I bought it at WF last year, and I remember liking it.)
