Works well for a 2006 Chevy Express 1500 Passenger Van
Totally solid bars. Based on other reviews, I just went and bought new hardware to not mess with what they sent. Probably spent another $30 on the hardware but it just survived a 4,000 mile, 8 week camping trip we made as a family with a large cargo basket on top (ARKSEN 84 x 50"). Far cheaper than spending $$$ on a name brand rack. I'd definitely recommend these bars. If you have to put a little more $$ and time into modification, you'll still come up ahead.

Good but no to good
Everything is very good between the price and how easy they are to put together, but the screws are not that good and 2 of them broke and the screw on one of the bars that crosses broke the welding that the lis screws fixed, but the bar that crosses the delete until you find a cheap place because as things are I don't plan to pay more than they cost...

Very quality
I've bought a few of these now, really solid build. The little gutter clamps leave something to be desired though, they're pretty weak looking (I haven't broke one yet but I imagine I will someday and I know people who have broke them). Overall very solid though. Can support a lot of weight.

Does not fit Chevy Express out-of-the-box
Please look at the attached pictures. If you've got a sledge, a big vise and some touch-up-paint you could make this work. Look over other review pics ... the clamp used to be black and a different shape, then it was bare-colored and that same shape. Now the bracket is bare-colored and a new (bad) shape. I didn't get far enough along to try out the bolts but yes, they are light duty. I returned this item.

Van Roof Ladder Rack
Fast delivery, will package, rack is well made. Dislike- the bolts broke as soon as you tighten them down. cheap bolts. Had to buy all new bolts or other wise I would have lost all my cargo down the road somewhere.

Fits Land Rover Discovery 2 very well!
These work just like advertised and are a much cheaper option than a $1200 rooftop rack for the Disco 2.

You WILL NOT be able to use the original hardware or install methods
Just like everyone said, the bolts TOTALLY stripped. Immediately. All of them. I had to drill out stripped threads, and get my own hardware to install through bolts and nuts. If you are handy, they end up being fairly decent. I like adjusting them to be flat with the curvature of my 2014 E350 SD xlt so ladders sit flat on all 3 racks... but how do you make something that has such poor hardware. Cut myself doing so thanks for that

Perfect fit Chevy 1500 express van
Easy to install. They are sturdier than I had anticipated. The have been on my van for a year now and they haven't started to rust. Excellent product
