This product is great I suffer from chronic heart burn and reflux and I’ve had prescription medications which have not worked. I had read that apple cider vinegar was good for the digestive system but did not like the taste of it so when I found theses capsules I thought why not give them a try and I am so glad I did. After just two weeks of taking them I am free to be able to eat what I want and feel great. People say they are good for weight loss but not noticed any yet but that was not the reason I brought this product. I have taken apple cider vinegar before in liquid form but hated the taste so stopped taking it but then I found Nutraa Apple Cider Vinegar in capsule form.Firstly, I was attracted by the professional design and the cost. Delivery was also very quick with no issues.As for the product itself, I bought it to help my digestive system and to help me lose weight. I have only been taking it for just under a week so it is too early to say if I have lost any weight as a result but it has helped ease my digestive problems already. A lot of people swear by apple cider vinegar. I wanted to try it but couldn't stomach the taste, so I bough these. They're much easier to ingest than plain vinegar. However, after months of using them I didn't notice any difference in my weight. However, I eat in a pretty healthy way, I drink a lot of water, and I go to the toilet regularly, meaning that I only get bloated for a couple of days before my period. Maybe this product is more indicated for people who get bloated more often, as I think it's supposed to help with liquid absorption. I personally wouldn't recommend

It has simply been the best product I have invested in. I have had bloating and constipation issues for over 12/15 years now. Yup, that's how long I have suffered. I was very sceptical of buying tablets online as you never know if what is written on the packaging is the same within the capsules. I built up the courage to take these & ever since I've done this I've noticed changes in a negative way. I do not feel right at all since taking these capsules. I'm constantly going to the toilet, I'm experiencing extreme pain all in my upper body (collarbone, neck, back, shoulders)I just feel like something isnt right. So I've stopped taking these. Everyone is different this is just my experience.
