I used this to make a strawberry pound cake at a friend's request. I added it to the batter and also made a glaze from it. Wonderful flavor and texture. (I prefer it to extract.)

I used this for the crust and filling of a pastry I was making, and while it gave it a great color, scent, and strong flavor, the taste was reminiscent of very sweet strawberry candy and slightly bubblegum-y. Depends what you're look for. I recommend this if you're trying to create something more of the strawberry PopTart variety instead of a natural tasting dessert.

I haven't used it yet. It smells good. It smells between real strawberries and artificial strawberry emulsion. I also bought an organic strawberry powdered just in case this has too much of an artificial taste.
