Blows Monster out of the Water!
In my experience with many different types and qualities of instrument cables, I have found Mogami to be unparalleled in terms of their build quality, durability, near-silent operation, and seamless reproduction of my instrument's tone profile without coloration. Prior to discovering this brand, I begrudgingly purchased Monster cables under the false assumption that they were better than anything else on the market. Once I learned that one of my favorite guitarists uses these cables religiously, I decided to give Mogami a chance. In short, doing so was the best decision I have made in building my collection of high-quality cables. Performance-wise, these put Monster cables to shame with flawless sound reproduction and virtually silent handling. With respect to reliability, these once again far outshine anything Monster or their competitors have to offer. While I admittedly liked the fully gold-plated design of the Monster cables, I found the interface between the solid metal connector and the cable to be a weak point in the construction, and as such, needed to replace a single cable twice within the span of three years. With Mogami cables, I have not once experienced an issue with build quality in the nearly 2 years I have owned this product. The contacts are VERY heavy-duty and will hold up for years regardless of whether you're a bedroom studio audiophile like myself or a touring musician. PROS: 1. Heavy duty construction with no obvious weak joints to fail unexpectedly 2. Crystal-clear sound transmission with minimal interference or handling-noise 3. Great durability, reliability, and quality Cons: 1. These cables have a somewhat intimidating price-point; however, this is certainly a case of "you get what you pay for." 2. If you currently use transistor/solid-state equipment, you might not experience the full benefit of upgrading your cables beyond the "midrange" options available from other companies. These cables truly shine when playing through valve state equipment or high quality studio gear. Overall: A must buy for any musican who is serious about every facet of their rig and is willing to shell out a bit of cash for truly outstanding gear. Not advised, however, for those playing through entry-level equipment. I hope all of you enjoy these cables as much as I do.

Great Guitar Cable.
This is a very well made cable. If your hearing interference or humming when plugged in it will take it out if using a poorly made cable. Thanks Mogami well made and a little cheaper than some brands.

It worth to invest in a good cable if you have expensive guitars

The Truth About Expensive Cables
What I've found over time using tons of different cables is that honestly, your instrument's tone is not significantly impacted by the brand of cable you use. There are a lot of articles / videos you can google about this now too, cable shootouts where the difference between $10 and $100 cables is shown to be mostly imperceptible. What certainly does matter regardless of brand, is length. And most players know that the shorter the better to avoid tone suck. However, Albert Collins wandering around a club with a 100 ft. cable, melting faces would beg to differ... All that said, I have been spending extra to use Mogamis for years (not just for guitar, xlrs too). But its NOT because that they provide some tonal magic that you can't get from a much cheaper option. The reason is build quality & consistency, durability, and dependability. You might get the same sound from a $20 cable at least at first, but that one is going to be MUCH more likely at some point to allow interference, have failed wiring, or just downright fall apart. And having a cable fail at a gig (or anytime) sucks, no thanks. I have never ever had even the smallest issue with one of my Mogamis, even the ones that are 10+ years old. They just keep going and going, they even still look and feel great if that matters to you. To me, that is sooo worth it. Buy one nice cable for life instead of 5 cheap ones I say.

I got these for a monitor, sub set up and these completely removed the audio static from a no name brand I bought. Plus they made everything sound full.

Costs a little more, but quality is there! You get what you pay for, recommended!
The Mogami gold cable is performing as expected. This cable is sturdy with a durable outer sheath, flexible and doesn't kink. The connectors are snug, which is important, I didn't want hassles with poor connections, sound is clean.
