Can you adjust the span of the 3 light poles to bring them together?

You will be able to adjust the Arm of the lamp from left to right only. They will not be able to adjust the Height of the Lamp.

Do you need special bulbs to accommodate the dimmer switch

This Lamp is a 3 Way Switch and Not a Dimmer. 1st Switch will light up 1 Light Bulb, 2nd Switch will light up 2 Light Bulbs, 3rd Switch will light up all the Bulbs and the 4th switch will shut off the lamp.

When is it likely to arrive?

Unsure if you'll ever get it. I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be here a week ago. Still cant get a refund because their not allowing me too. Super frustrating because I was really excited for this lamp. Hopefully I can get my money back.
