The right stuff
The bottle masala I normally get from relatives had lost its flavour because it was too old and I haven't gotten anything new in maybe two years. I can only get it from relatives if someone visits. Tried this stuff on its own today and it was great. The curry turned out amazing. Yes, it's super expensive, but so is a ticket to India :) And this way, I don't have to deal with family fights over the masala.
