Likes: thought provoking questions. It puts me into a good retreat to care for me. It helps me take action based on my answers.

Excited to do this over the next five years, the title is kind of funky, But I get that some of the questions in the book beg you to reflect on your life/philosophy is… I like it better than the plain five-year journal that doesn’t have any prompts. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a page marker, so I have to use a post it to keep track of where I am.

The best journal to jot down your thoughts, ponderings and beliefs. This is an excellent quick guide to log in. Meaningful questions make you really think. 5 years to record and look back on.

I guess I can try to update in 5 years, when it is complete. I just received today. But I will say that some of the questions are hard, and really make you think. I was expecting a bigger book, so as to write more. Unfortunately, there is VERY little room for answers. I should have expected this, due to it stating it is a 5 year journal.

This is the 3rd one I have done! This version is way better than the other versions they have made. Questons are better and focused in a way that allows for daily reflection going forward intonyour day, than just answering a question. Do ths one in the morning, the others are for evening responses.

Very disappointed in the size. Not much larger than a deck of cards. Inside looks ok, but definitely not worth the price.

I bought this, along with a few other versions, as a family gift to my new nephew. The prompts are simply but allow you space to dig in as much as you’re comfortable that day. Highly-recommend these.

Well bound and presented and smaller than I expected which is good. Love the prompts, requiring a brief response. Love the fact it is designed for you to keep and add to for 5 years. Great value. Would by again as a gift for others.
