This is a very good product. I recoated my 20 year old house screen porch torch down roof and this product stopped a persistent leak I had for many years. I also used mesh in the suspect area. A 2016 vintage roof would be a no brained for effective protection for this excellent quality product.

Will this product work over glass panels?

Do you mean fiberglass panels? If so, yes, as long as you pressure wash first then prime it with the Gaco E5320 Epoxy Primer once it's completely dry.

Awesome Roof Coating

This stuff is amazing. It is easy to apply. I had an older flat metal roof and simply used a paint roller to apply. Went on great and made the roof look a lot better. This is a "Last Resort" product as far as residential goes. I can't imagine there's anyway to really remove this because it really sticks to the surface. Only suggestion I have for new users is to really seal the bucket up tight during storage. It will start to dry in the bucket ones the lid has come off of it. So use as much as you can when using it.
