Can I swap out the hard drive for one with bigger capcity? Is there any specific internal hard drive it needs?

what hard drive - mine didn't have one. I thought it said 1TB but now when I review what was sent it says NO HARD DRIVE in big letters. Bait and switch? WTF

What kind of power source is needed, will it go straight into the wall?

From what I can see on the picture of the back of the unit is that it uses 12V DC power and comes with a 12V DC power supply adapter that does plug into the wall (110V AC receptacle).

Does it have bnc connections to plug in cameras

This DVR is connected to the cameras with BNC cables. But this is a separate DVR, there is no BNC cable in the package.
